Today the weather was even better then yesterday, while outside a fresh breeze and sun was blowing inside it got a bit tropical …so shorts was the most common outfit. The expected rain shower was not hitting, but the sky was roaring loud.
The projects already reached a state where you are able to identify whats going on, so we are all pleased about the fast pace. We received a few long awaited tools, so now we are nearly complete …or lets say we don't have to share 3 power drills with 42 people…
here some impressions of our highly concentrated and motivated students and a few first impressions of the projects.
And yes we will have wood glue tomorrow…as Dr. Bucky lab always says: A perfect building weeks day starts at breur. Coffee included !
this blog is dedicated to the Bucky Lab from the TU Delft faculty of Architecture. Within the mastercourse we design, develop and at the end build architecture and building construction related prototypes. Its a "get your hands dirty" approach in which the students learn how to translate concepts from sketch into working prototypes. We try to live the spirit of buckminster fuller: what ever you can imagine, you can also build!
