biggest happening was for sure the erection of the honeycomb pavilion - and with so much work it was a relief when the thing came together nicely - ok once Olga started screaming when a 30 cm gab appeared but this was just a wrong placed element ... then we switched off the lights and the full glory of these project came to full swing ...
talking about swing ...Andrzej took the camera and took a couple of shots and what I saw was amazing while running through the pictures ...New Kinds on the Block seems to become alive ...great pictures in front of the wall ...and there is a reason why I am always behind the camera ...
ok enough for today - we closed the shop at 10.30 pm - the pizza was great and we all need some rest to tell the press tomorrow that everything is better with LED lights ... as Dina mentioned LED light is like Ketchup - it makes everything better ...something the polish student seems to learn from early on...they ( ok - not all of them ) put lots of ketchup on a pizza and this even before tasting a bite ... weirs people ...but luckily also in the eyes of those who don't ....
tomorrow pictures of the projects in total we promise ...ah, wait we will have a party to close the summerschool ...so beer instead and maybe ( actually for sure ) a hangover and pictures later ...I promise.
what a great time - our students really rocked it !
